Group. Pasha OnTrackÔ Auto (OTA) consists
of several specialized system components that track all aspects of automotive
transport, services and delivery:

Port Vehicle
Tracking System: Designed
specifically for the exacting standards of large automotive shippers, Pasha
OnTrackÔ Port Vehicle Tracking system manages automotive fleet
imports and exports. Each vehicle is monitored and tracked individually, from
factory release to arrival, through purification and servicing, directly
through to dealer delivery. Repairs or ancillary services, such as custom paint
or installation of specialty equipment, are logged and available for reporting
through add-on modules which include a body shop repair program, claims system
and billing system.

Railhead
System: Specifically designed for
domestic automotive transport, Pasha OnTrackÔ Railhead tracks a vehicle from factory release to dealer delivery.
System features include an automatic freight invoicing and payment, module
automated yard management, as well as a system for contracted transportation
and ancillary services for both rail and haul away.

Vehicle Haul Away
System: The
Pasha Transport Management System (TMS) supports end to end visibility and
management of the automobile haul-away supply chain. TMS was designed by Pasha to manage point to point
traffic anywhere in the
